The Boy Scouts of America will prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law.
Troop 72 & Pack 72 of Alabaster, AL have therefore implemented a program to not only help in preparing our youth to be responsible citizens and offset the financial costs of operating our units, but we have taken it one step further. We are honored to financially support organizations that we feel portray many of the same values that are represented in our Scout Oath.
We hope to support our local schools (private/public/home), and many charities (religious/secular).
We have partnered with an artist living near Montgomery Alabama to help us in our endeavor. The local artist does an excellent job of creating the American Flag and the Alabama Flag out of wood. This Flag is so well done that it is worth more than what we are asking.
Our Units would like to ask for your support by buying one or more of these flags for your own home or as gifts to others. When you purchase please identify the school or charitable organization you would like us to financially support.
